Shipping Information:

All shipments are made through USPS with flat rate priority mail, unless noted otherwise.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Refunds We do not issue refunds on any opened merchandise. However, we will replace damaged merchandise with a new copy. See the "Return" section below.

Returns Before returning any merchandise, please obtain a Return Authorization by emailing orders@hdenvironments.com. Once a Return Authorization is obtained, the Merchandise should be sent to: HDenvironments.com R/E: Return Authorization 6914 B Sebastopol Avenue Sebastopol, CA 95472

Please include a note indicating your Return Authorization and the problem with your order. If the item is unopened, simply state you would like a refund. We will deduct shipping and a 15% handling charge on all items returned that are not to be replaced.

We cannot ship replacement merchandise until we receive the damaged merchandise. Your replacement merchandise will be sent using expedited shipping, and a confirmation email will be sent.

Items returned without a Return Authorization Number will be subject to a 15% restocking fee plus the cost of the return shipping.

Order Cancellations You can cancel your order, but we must receive the cancellation notice prior to shipment which usually occurs within 12 hours of order placement. You can verify shipment has or has not occurred by researching your order online in the Research Order section of this website. Note the website data might not be up to date.
